The development plan of the Special Authority for the Port of Monfalcone includes 4 programmes:
1) Construction of a new 660 m long wharf
2) Dredging of the access canal to the port up to –13 m
3) Sea Motorways (Yard, mooring hook, Dock Station)
4) Construction of intermodal yards
